Shipping:

Because of the nature of our zero-product policy from our manufacturer, and our standards of making the planet better, it takes about 2-3 weeks from order placed to delivery.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 Days. If 31 Days have gone by since your purchase; unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We welcome you to Contact Us for refunds or questions! We usually respond within 24-48 hours.

To complete your return, head over to our Returns Page with your order id, and zipcode (postal code), If you dont have either, you will have to contact support to see if we can work something out, and solve the problem. (You may need to provide images of bank statement to provide proof of purchase.) 

Label and box-less returns

Certain areas of the world will have access to our third party 5,000+ drop off points for box-less and without the need of a label for return, which helps keep less trucks on the road! You can check out there privacy policy here

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your name, email, and order id, and we will get your return for you.
